Information used for your appointment

We collect your first and last name, mobile phone number, email address, selected service, appointment date and time, and communication preferences. We use these details to review your request, contact you, and manage your appointment. Please do not enter medical history, health documents, payment details or other sensitive information in this form or in WhatsApp messages.

Email and optional WhatsApp updates

Appointment emails cover receipt of your request, confirmation, changes, cancellation and reminders. A received request is not a confirmed appointment. WhatsApp updates are optional and require you to select the consent checkbox. Booking does not subscribe you to advertising or promotional messages. We record the permission wording, version and time, and any withdrawal of permission.

You may stop messages through the preference link included in a message or by contacting the clinic. You can also reply STOP to automated WhatsApp messages when that service is active. Withdrawing messaging permission does not cancel your appointment. The clinic may need to call you to manage your booking.

Service providers and calendar

The website and appointment records use Cloudflare infrastructure. When the clinic enables them, Cloudflare Email Service sends appointment emails, Meta’s WhatsApp Business Platform sends opted-in WhatsApp updates, and Google Calendar holds confirmed staff appointments. These services may process information outside Canada. Staff calendar entries contain your name, appointment time and booking reference; treatment details and medical records are not included. Automated channels remain inactive until their account connections are completed.

Website measurements

The website records visit sources and button interactions without including your name, phone number or email address in those analytics events. Session source information is held in your browser.

Questions and preferences

Contact the clinic about communication preferences or requests to access, correct or delete your information. The clinic will review these requests, including any applicable record retention requirements.
